Julia Rizzo is based in Nashville, TN. She has a degree in Holistic Health (HHP) from the International Professional School of Massage and Bodywork (IPSB), and has been a massage therapist and body worker since 1998.

In her sessions, Julia draws from her innate empathic and intuitive gifts and adapts to each of her clients. She explains, “some days a client may want specific pain relief, another they might need to talk through a difficult situation, and on other days they need the space to be still and receive. I help create awareness for my clients so they can find an effortless way of being - from breathing more deeply to achieving pain-free peace within their bodies.”    

Since 2012, she has focused her desire to empower others towards extensive research into herbalism and aromatherapy. When she is not doing bodywork, she is creating tinctures, salves, and oil blends for her company Golden Apothecary, to target common and tailored ailments. “I support my clients’ healing through the use of essential oils, herbs, and in ideas of what could help them beyond our bodywork sessions."
